i need help on assembling a pool light for an inground pool?

i purchased an inground pool this spring – we are ready to put in the liner – but i need to install the pool light – we have an AstroLite light – there doesn’t seem to be any rubber fitting for between the pool wall and the pipe – am i missing something?

Since water & electric don’t mix, I would take the light back to the store & have them take a look at it. If they sold you a light that is missing a part, They should replace it or show you how to install it. But then you also might have an electrician look at it too.

it seems to me that wet niche fixtures need to be piped in pvc to a remote location and stubbed off at least 18" above water level. this negates the need for a seal in the niche.
