o ya my boyfriend has a scrap on his back and a concusion from falling on the steps. help me
You’ll need to find another place to rent as this isn’t going to get any better.
Look for a used stove for about $150. Maybe he’ll go for that.
Help you with what? He does not have to buy a new stove if he does not want a new stove. You have to have a way to cook food, but you can not complain. other then by moving if the present appliances are not to your liking.
I have no idea where you got the idea that the landlord salts your steps. The laws about those things vary and are only normal if you are talking about a rental complex. I can’t believe you would think this is a big deal.
When it is snowing people have a personal responsibility to be careful, watch where they walk and to use a handrail. These should prevent a fall.
If your boyfriend has a concussion he would have had symptoms by now, I would not worry about it. You are not qualified to diagnose him, and it does not sound like you are close to correct.
